Formulating My Practice - 2/17/2021

As many of you may already know, I have recently begun to dig into my own practice of architecture. For years TYPHOON has been a side project with small kitchen renovations and consultant jobs under the oversight of other architects. Now I am working on obtaining connections with my own prospective clients and projects. Furthermore I am in the process of formulating my goals.

One thing the pandemic and the social justice movement of this era has taught me: keep my dream that architecture can make a difference in peoples lives, that designing for community and connection are deeply important. The spaces where we spend our lives, both interior and exterior, influence to our mental and physical health. Not only do I hope to provide affordable design and construction management services to private clients, but also to a greater public community to whom it would make a big difference.
